Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Denver, CO)

Clearpath Timber Construction Group is a Denver contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving subcontractor invoices. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
