Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Denver, CO)

Harborlight Nest Community Partners is a Denver charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Denver. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving donor records. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
