Redstone Willow Medical Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical evaluations. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
