Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Dallas, TX)

Nova Umber Inspection Services Partners tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Dallas, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • PMP or CAPM certification.
