Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Dallas, TX)

Westbrook Fern Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Dallas design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
