Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Dallas, TX)

Silverline Timber Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Dallas. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving waiting lists. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
