Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Dallas, TX)

Rivermark Vale Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Dallas plant. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving machine downtime. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
