Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Dallas, TX)

Silverline Sable Manufacturing Partners manufactures parts and assemblies at its Dallas plant, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving machine downtime. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
