Bluepeak Forge Care Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving caregiver training. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
