Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Columbus, OH)

Nova Fern Energy is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 213 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service connections. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
