Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Colorado Springs, CO)

Harborlight Fern Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
