Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Colorado Springs, CO)

Harborlight Fern Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Colorado Springs working with agencies and riders, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
