Ironwood Harbor Health Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
