Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Colorado Springs, CO)

Rivermark Birch Care Services provides in-home and community support in Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving family communication. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
