Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Cincinnati, OH)

Lumen Stone Facilities is a facilities company in Cincinnati with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving work orders. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
