Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Cincinnati, OH)

Harborlight Glen Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Cincinnati focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field visits. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
