Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Cincinnati, OH)

Summit Lakeside Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Cincinnati area. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 96 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tickets. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
