Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Cincinnati, OH)

Harborlight Linden Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Cincinnati with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field inspections. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
