Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Chicago, IL)

Ironwood Oak Inspection Services is an inspection company in Chicago with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 257 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scheduling. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
