Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Chicago, IL)

Harborlight Ember Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Chicago. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
