Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Charlotte, NC)

Greenridge Mill Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Charlotte working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving survey data. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
