Ironwood Birch Care Services Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving licensing. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
