Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Charlotte, NC)

Westbrook Harbor Freight is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • PMP or CAPM certification.
