Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Charlotte, NC)

Fernwood Wren Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Charlotte. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
