Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Charlotte, NC)

Redstone Loom Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Charlotte, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving repair requests. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
