Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Charlotte, NC)

Harborlight Vista Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Charlotte, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving vehicle inspections. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
