Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Charleston, SC)

Rivermark Juniper Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Charleston, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 103 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fleet maintenance. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
