Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Charleston, SC)

Greenridge Orchard Transit Planning is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
