Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Charleston, SC)

Greenridge Cedar Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Charleston area, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 97 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving guest bookings. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
