Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Buffalo, NY)

Ironwood Basin Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Buffalo. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving licensing. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
