Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Ridge Auto Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be budget tracking. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving warranty claims. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
