Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Buffalo, NY)

Northwind Cross Hospitality is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once.
