Rivermark Vista Housing Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving repair requests. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with repair requests.
