Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Buffalo, NY)

Clearpath Oak Inspection Services Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
