Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Buffalo, NY)

Fernwood Harbor Care Services Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving licensing. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
