Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Buffalo, NY)

Rivermark Pike Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Buffalo region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
