Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Boston, MA)

Fernwood Lakeside Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Boston, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 328 people based in Boston. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
