Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Boise, ID)

Foxglove Quill Health is a healthcare provider in Boise with clinics and support teams, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient scheduling. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
