Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Boise, ID)

Nova Hollow Freight is a Boise logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 934 people based in Boise. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
