Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Birmingham, AL)

Nova Kestrel Medical is a Birmingham company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 300 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lots. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
