Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Birmingham, AL)

Summit Hollow Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Birmingham design routes and schedules, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ridership counts. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
