Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Birmingham, AL)

Harborlight Loom Medical is a Birmingham company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical evaluations. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
