Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Austin, TX)

Harborlight Quarry Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Austin working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving survey data. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
