Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Austin, TX)

Northwind West Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Austin, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving loads and lanes. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
