Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Atlanta, GA)

Silverline Cobalt Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving parts orders. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
