Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Atlanta, GA)

Clearpath Yarrow Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Atlanta design routes and schedules, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
