Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Anchorage, AK)

Nova Forge Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Anchorage. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 87 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
