Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Anchorage, AK)

Greenridge Nest Housing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving maintenance stores. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
