Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Anchorage, AK)

Bluepeak Glen Inspection Services is an inspection company in Anchorage with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 705 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving certifications. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
