Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Albuquerque, NM)

Fernwood Maple Community Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving donor records. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
